Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 1


1/2C skim milk
1/2C low-fat natural yoghurt
1Tbsp honey
1/4tsp vanilla extract
150g strawberries, hulled & quartered*



Blend all ingredients together with a stick blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with a couple of halved strawberries, if desired.


*substitute for other fruits if preferred.
