Banana Smoothie

Serves 1


1/2C skim milk
1/2C low-fat natural yoghurt
10g honey
1 roughly chopped, medium (100g) banana
mixed spice (optional)


Blend together all ingredients (except mixed spice) with a stick blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkling of mixed spice, if desired.
